The application of high-temperature wire cables in energy storage equipment is extensive, encompassing areas such as photovoltaic storage, communication base station storage, mobile storage, and shared storage.

In these applications, high-temperature wire cables are primarily used for connecting battery boxes within energy storage systems. Given the potential for battery movement during installation and disassembly processes, the materials used in these cables are relatively soft and resistant to bending, effectively preventing potential damage caused by movement. Additionally, they have a wide operating temperature range, stable between -40°C to +125°C. All materials comply with RoHS/REACH environmental standards, meaning their impact on the environment during production and disposal processes is minimal.

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables (XLPE), silicone rubber insulated cables, and fluoroplastic insulated cables exhibit significant advantages when used in energy storage equipment. Firstly, they demonstrate excellent high-temperature resistance, enabling stable operation in various harsh environments. Secondly, they possess good insulation properties, effectively preventing the loss of electric current and thereby improving the efficiency of energy utilization. Lastly, these wires and cables also exhibit good mechanical strength and resistance to aging, ensuring they maintain optimal performance even after prolonged use.
